    The Opportunity

    In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and development of all data-driven Marketing campaigns. This critical member of the team provides support in the development and quality assurance of data delivered to business partners. The candidate should have strong analytical capacity, methodical attention to detail and be able to execute on multiple concurrent projects. Someone who thrives in a fast moving, evolving environment while partnering and working effectively cross functionally with business partners to deliver data needs.  

    Responsibilities

    Duties:

    • Research, extract and prepare member data for marketing campaigns
    • Provide quality control assurances and lead review process of data prior to delivery
    • Support measurement and monitoring of all marketing campaigns to membership, and report results to departments and business partners as requested
    • Analyze and evaluate members for marketing opportunities based on an understanding of demographic segmentation, household profile and product ownership
    • Coordinate with internal and external resources to effectively mine the MCIF for data allowing for development of targeted member communications
    • Serve as department expert and guide on developing appropriate creative executions and communications based on member data knowledge
    • Recommend enhancements and opportunities for more effective use of existing research tools
    • Provide analytical support for ongoing member initiatives, providing recommendations for product offers, campaign timing and market segments
    • Develop and maintain dashboards that clearly summarize key findings to stakeholder

    • Expert in developing data driven recommendations and analysis to support marketing campaigns
    • Ability to explain complex data requirements to business partners, are able to think about the big picture when communicating, and can summarize technical details succinctly

    • Process and metrics driven with ability to consistently prioritize workflow with heavy emphasis based on business impact
    • Flexible with changing work priorities in extremely fast-moving business environment

    Qualifications

    • College degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
    • 2-5 years of relevant data or analytics experience (Financial Services experience a plus)
    • Advanced Excel, Word, Access, and MCIF systems skills

    • This role is based in our Pleasanton Headquarters
