Conducts instructor led training (ILT) and Virtual ILT (VILT) and other educational interventions. The role includes responsibility for regular maintenance of new and existing core training programs. It also includes consistently working with various areas of the assigned business unit ensuring a consistent knowledge of credit union culture, practices, processes, products, and service expectations. Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and employee performance. Maintains training library resources and distributes materials to managers and team members as needed. Provides support in the planning and implementation of large events and meetings. Can assists with basic administration of LMS and the Learning and Development Inbox. Assists with miscellaneous assignments as needed.
Highly organized, self- driven with a strong overall understanding around how the various lines of business operate. Possess a strong member service and service excellence orientation, the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, and to think creatively, while maintaining a solid reviews from participants on effectiveness of their classroom facilitation.
