The Vice President, Planning will lead the strategic planning process for the organization. This role is responsible for creating the framework for the annual and long-term strategic planning process, identifying business challenges, and leading the organization in creating the 1, 3 and 5 year strategic plan. In partnership with the Executive Leadership Team, the VP will drive strategic consensus decisions that support change management and maintains strong communications with all leaders of the organization.
