    The Opportunity:

    In this role, responsibilities will include supporting the following:

    • department’s day-to-day operations
    • production and delivery of collateral on select projects
    • print vendor management
    • budget and invoice management
    • coordination of ongoing repeating projects
    • prioritization and fulfillment of branch marketing requests
    • assistance with new branch openings, community events, and branch merchandising elements

     

    The successful candidate will have an amazing attitude, take initiative and be flexible with a willingness to take on any task.  Being organized, managing time and priorities well and have excellent communication skills are essential to being successful in this role.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide input and effectively participate with the marketing team in assisting as needed and volunteering ideas. Attend weekly production meetings to discuss status of current and upcoming projects in routing.
    • Manage content calendar of in-branch media channel
    • Lead small marketing projects and tactical efforts to support branches and/or marketing team
    • Source out new vendors as needed to perform printing and fulfillment. Build and establish positive working relationships with 3rd Party vendors used to satisfy branch merchandising and signage needs.
    • Track branch and general marketing requests to identify trends and then offer solutions that can address the item prior to it becoming a future request
    • Analyze administrative tasks, such as invoices and collateral deliverability, for process improvements
    • Support Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing with branch merchandising efforts
    • Coordinate, with the Senior Graphic Designer and and Marketing Managers or other Marketing Requests, the on time delivery/distribution of marketing materials to branches, printers, mail houses, individuals and/or other vendors.
    • Budget management, including invoice processing and updating budget actuals.
    • Provide ongoing reports and assessments to Management to ensure that annual and quarterly budgets are being adhered to. Create and maintain other reports as needed.
    • Support and assist with marketing plan and execution tied to branch openings and community events
    • Source and order departmental supplies, premium items for the organization, and merchandising hardware as directed by Marketing Management.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree
    • Travel Requirements: 10-15% local travel required
    • Technical Requirements: Strong PC skills with high comfort level in MS Office and Outlook
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required for development of campaign and projects

    • Financial services or credit union industry experience preferred, but not essential
    • Responsible for management of departmental project schedule, inventory reporting, invoice processing and other key reporting needs. The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver effectively on key initiatives is imperative.

    • Assist in fulfilling a variety of administrative tasks
    • Manage the production process from ordering to delivery for inventory items and serving as primary liaison to those vendors.
    • Utilization of project management software to maintain status report and project updates
    • Coordination of all regular member mailings and surveys
