We seek to hire an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to serve our members in our Hayward branch. In this role, the ABM performs member services and responsibilities will include managing and providing vision and leadership to the branch staff. The candidate must be goal-oriented, ensure quality of service to members, and experience in managing productivity and ATM servicing. Also, they must communicate effectively at all levels and possess skills in planning with the ability to monitor results.
Responsible for monitoring and responding to Patelco’s Promoter Score system and feedback.
May be required to participate in committees to respond to or fix concerns for the betterment of the member experience.
Understand and comply with all applicable federal and state laws and banking regulations (including those related to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering compliance) and Patelco Credit Union’s policies and procedures.
