In this role, responsibilities will include providing support to the Learning and Development team. Additional support within the HR Division may be required upon request.
Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and employee performance. Maintains training library resources and distributes materials to managers and team members as needed. Provides support in the planning and implementation of large events and meetings. Responsible for basic administration of the Learning Management System, LinkedIn Learning Platform. Takes lead in scheduling team members for courses, completing course prep work, closing rosters, and preparing reports. Assists with miscellaneous assignments as needed.
